To obtain more information on a solicitation you're interested in, just click on the solicitation Title and it will display the solicitation number, deadline for offers, state/country in which the work is to be performed, category of work, brief description, point of contact and his/her email address and phone number.

B. Qualifying for a Solicitation
Suppliers and Contractors must be qualified to receive a solicitation package. You can complete the following documents, which will assist us in evaluating qualified Suppliers and Contractors.

For suppliers of material and/or equipment, please complete the Representations and Certifications form (P-NW-111) and the Supplier Survey Questionnaire (1215, Exhibit 1).

For technical service contractors or construction contractors, please complete the Representations and Certifications, Contractor Survey Questionnaire (F0145A), Contractor Survey Questionnaire (F0145B), Pre-Qualification and Resource Questionnaire (F0146), and Contractor and Subcontractor Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (F0219).

If time permits, you may be considered for one of the solicitations. Please scan the completed forms and send them to the point of contact for the solicitation you're interested in and be sure to note the solicitation number in your forwarding documents. If you do not have access to a scanner, call the point of contact and get his/her mailing address. Submittal of qualifications documents does not assure the Supplier/Contractor that they will receive a solicitation package.
